Exchange and Return Policy
Exchange: If a product is not fit to you, you can inform our administrator to make an exchange requirement
Return: In case of the product has a defect / damage, you can inform our administrator to make a return requirement
Duration of Exchange / Return: Within 7 days since consumer received product from shop
Exception of Exchange / Return Policy:
- A product was fixed or adjusted before exchange / return.
- A product was wearing by consumer.
- A product was washed / ironed
- A product has a damaged or lose important label for instance OCPB Label, packaging
- A product that were received by consumer from shop over 7 days.
- A product was damaged product / dirty product that it accidentally did by consumer.
How to exchange / return a product: After made a requirement to administrator, consumer can send a product to exchange / return department as detail per below; (Please make sure that you received and approval from administrator before sending)
